Stop Abuse For Everyone (SAFE) is always in need of donations to help carry out its work.

We have two wonderful women – our finance worker and a trustee – making very energetic sponsored efforts to raise funds this month – please look at our Events page and read more about what they are up to – they deserve your support.
Make a donation
You can make a one-off donation either by donating on-line to our CAF bank account, by Just Giving or by post.

Gift aid
If you are a taxpayer, Gift Aid is a great way to boost the value of your donations by almost a third at no extra cost or trouble to you! It allows us to reclaim the tax on all donations.
Bequests
Making a bequest in your will is a way of investing in the next generation. There can be significant tax advantages to your estate by make a bequest to charity.
Payroll giving
Payroll giving is a direct and tax efficient scheme enabling employees to give from their pre-tax pay.

80 children and young people lived in the Refuge last year
They need things like:-
- Baby alarms - £50
- Baby food/wipes/ bottles/sterilizing units etc.
- Colouring books and pencils for the children's Welcome Packs
- Duvet covers - £7-10 per set
- Birthday gift - £10.00
- School uniforms - average £50
- Nappies
And they have fun:-
- Cycling outing - bike hire - 1 child £8.00, 1 Adult £10.00
- Trip to Paignton Zoo - 1 child £10.00, 1 Adult £14.00
- Trip to the Beach - inc. travel costs, donkey and playground rides & ice creams - £6.00 each
- Horse Riding - 1 child £10.00
78 women lived in the Refuge last year
Some leave their home so quickly they arrive with nothing and they need things like:-
- Food
- Emergency clothes/shoes
- Toiletries
- Sanitary ware
- Money for bus and train fares
- Women attending Pattern Changing courses
- Travel costs
- Childcare expenses
- Small gifts
