PART-TIME FINANCE MANAGER, Exeter - initially 14.5 hours

Salary Range: £26,822 - £28,485 (based on skills and experience) pro-rata per annum 
Hours may be extended based on performance and funding

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a professional with experience in financial management to join a progressive and dedicated charity that provides domestic violence support services.

Stop Abuse for Everyone has been part of the Devon community for over 40 years working to end domestic violence and abuse. We provide services for adult and child victims to be safe, recover from harm and regain control over their lives, choices and wellbeing. We also undertake projects to raise awareness and to prevent domestic violence for future generations.

Succeeding within the leadership team this person will contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation and will be responsible for heading up of all finance functions including the management and preparation of accounts and monitoring of the budget and expenditure.

The ideal candidate will have operated in a similar role or will bring a sound knowledge of financial management with highly effective administrative and organisational skills. Demonstrable experience of financial management is essential. We are looking for a motivated and proactive professional who will be able to build relationships across the organisation and with all stakeholders. They will also have a flexible attitude with a passion for the work of SAFE. The role is advertised at 2 days per week and there is some flexibility around working hours, for the right candidate.
