Part-Time Office Manager & HR Administrator, Exeter (14.5 hours a week)

£17-18,000 pro rata 

As Office and HR Administrator you will be reporting to the Finance Manager and will undertake a range of activities, including:

  •  Providing administration support for the Finance Manager and Chief Executive
  • Using a range of office software including email, spreadsheets and databases to ensure the efficient running of the office
  • Assisting with recruitment procedures and induction for new employees
  • To work with the Chief Executive to ensure that all HR policies, procedures and template forms are kept up to date
  • Managing organisational memberships and subscriptions to magazines and online resource
  • Supporting the administration of health and safety, as well as fire regulations within the office
 The ideal candidate will have:

 At least 2 years' Office Management experience

  • Experience of undertaking administrative tasks and of maintaining personal records and systems
  • An understanding of Data Protection and Equal Opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of standard Microsoft packages
  • Discretion and proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
